Postpartum Affirmations
During my Postpartum Return to Exercise Program (PREP), we practice affirmations after each workout. It helps us reframe and redirect our thoughts and focus on all the positives going on in our bodies. Rather than always focusing on how our bodies look, I wanted us all to focus on who we are and what we're capable of! 💪🏽
Last week, I asked the moms to take turns and pick a word that they resonated with. Here's what we came up with!
