Feeling sore from sitting all day?

When you take a break to eat or grab a coffee, instead of sitting down again to enjoy it, try squatting, kneeling or standing!

Better yet, go for a short walk, run or crawl!

Walk around barefoot to awaken the sensors on your feet (also helps to strengthen your feet!)

Twist, bend, lie on your belly and just MOVE!

Follow your kids lead! Check THIS out.

We're on our way back from a cottage today. Pre-kids, we'd pride ourselves on doing long car trips with no stops. But that doesn't really make sense. We SHOULD be stopping to pee. We SHOULD be stopping to move our bodies, if we can! We don't always have to rush to get somewhere!

Having kids has really forced me to slow down and enjoy the journey to get somewhere just as much as the "getting somewhere"!

Plus, taking breaks makes for fewer "Are we home yet?" from the backseat! 😂

❓Do you take mobility breaks during your day? What's your fave thing to do after long periods of sitting? (Please don't tell me more sitting! 😅)
