This education and movement workshop is dedicated to improving your bladder health. If you leak or dribble pee, if you pee more often than every 2-3 hours, if you feel like you need to go after you just went, if you wake at night to go pee, if you have to pee the second you get in the front door (and sometimes you don’t make it), if you leak during sneezing, running, jumping or coughing, if you avoid certain activities (eg jumping on the trampoline) due to leaks, you need to be at this workshop!
