Exhaustion can creep up in motherhood, as we push to "do it all” without pausing to listen to our bodies. I share an example that happened with me this week and share the importance of taking notice and taking a pause to reflect and build in intentional rest. With more and more moms experiencing burnout, let’s honor our bodies and pay attention to when we start to show signs of exhaustion.
