Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
This is a great way to finish up the rest of your can of pumpkin purée when you do some baking (that’s what I used)! I’ve tried a few different recipes and so far, I like this one the best!
Vegan, Gluten-free (if that matters)
Makes: 2 servings
Prep time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
½ to ¾ cup pumpkin purée
1 frozen banana
2 cups almond milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ginger powder
1 scoop protein powder (I used Genuine Health vegan protein powder)
3 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend on medium for 30-45 seconds and enjoy!
