Chana Magder Ross Bio:

Chana is a passionate women’s health advocate. She is the clinic director and pelvic health physiotherapist at Vital Physiotherapy & Wellness, a women’s health and pelvic health physiotherapy clinic in midtown Toronto. Her interest in women’s health developed during her pregnancies with her four beautiful children, Rebecca, 12; Maya, 10; Isaac, 7; and her 2-year-old daughter, Mollie. Chana provides prenatal and postpartum physiotherapy as well as rehabilitation for all forms pelvic pain and dysfunction. She is a sought-after educator and teacher and regularly speaks about entrepreneurship, pelvic health, prenatal preparation and the realities of motherhood. Along with her team of highly skilled physiotherapists and allied health practitioners, Chana loves assisting her clients of all ages and stages with pelvic health issues such as diastasis recti (“mummy tummy”), pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy preparation, pre-and postnatal conditions, oncology rehabilitation as well as labor and delivery support. Chana thrives when empowering her team and colleagues by coaching them, mentoring and educating them to provide excellent care and live the lives of their dreams. Most recently, Chana is using her expertise and experience with virtual physiotherapy care to coach and empower other manual practitioners to provide exceptional virtual care and create valuable offerings outside of 1:1 in clinic care to support their clients and fulfil on their missions to change the world!
