Did you know that most people, especially women, don't get enough protein daily? Decreased protein consumption can result in delayed muscle repair and recovery, fatigue / lack of energy, increased consumption of calories, and decreased strength gains even while doing strength training workouts! We need ~0.8-1.2 grams of protein per kg of your body weight, as a minimum. You need even more if you're exercising, breastfeeding or strength training.
