Reena Parekh is owner and head coach of her own fitness coaching business. A mom of two herself, and pre-and postnatal specialist, Reena specializes in supporting pregnant and postpartum people through strength training during major life transitions with intentional programming. She is based in Toronto, Canada and an advocate for diversity and representation in fitness, and maternal mental health.
