Jamie’s Bio

Jamie is the owner of JS Fitness, a pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach and a mom of 2. Jamie has a passion for educating people and motivating and supporting them to move their bodies in ways that empower them and allow them to feel strong throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Before having children, Jamie was an elementary school teacher, but after her own experiences with preparing for labour and birth, movement during pregnancy, and healing a prolapse and diastasis during her postpartum recovery she saw a need for educating women and creating fitness opportunities where people feel safe and strong in their bodies during this special time.
